ECFE and a playdate

This morning Emma and I jaunted off to ECFE, which we love. She's currently one of three girls in the class, and she's actually one of the oldest babies! She had a great time trying to having a crawling contest with a friend of hers; he won by a mile, but she was making an effort! It'll be any day now....which is thrilling but TERRIFYING! :) Emma loves when we sing songs in class, and her smile truly lights up the room.
After a 2.5 hour nap (woohoo!), we had a great playdate with Gabe, our neighbor. He's such a darling friend to Emma. He shared all of his toys AND his Cheerios, and he also shared kisses! SO sweet. We're going to miss them so much when they move, so we're trying to hang out with them as much as possible.
Daddy, Mommy and Emma took a nice walk around the neighborhood when Daddy arrived home. Emma had a blast in the backpack again, this time keeping herself occupied by chewing on the seatbelt strap. Sure, we buy her nice toys and collect wonderful learning materials, and all she likes is paper, tags, and straps. :)
She had a wonderful dinner of carrots and formula, and she's off to la-la-land. She's an angel.....
OH! And she's been sucking her thumb a TON...not just for night-night, but during the awake times as well. It's so funny how I just assumed she'd like a pacifier. It's been tough to feed her lately, as she sucks her thumb in between each bite. It takes FOREVER. :)

It is so neat to read and see those little movies of her. She is so cute and growing up so fast as I can see in kissing Gabe!!! She is a fast mover:) Don't forget to tell her about the birds and bees! HA HA!!

Love ya,
