Oh, we're not too busy for our devoted blog readers....we're just easily distracted. :)
We had a lovely trip to Minneota last weekend to visit Great Grandma Magnuson and watch the boys golf in their yearly tournament. Daddy did very well, and Emma was so proud. She showed everyone just how fast she can get around, and she proved yet again to be an easy going kid with all the "new" people around. She, of course, gobbles up any attention she can get, but secretly I'm still thrilled that she needs Mommy once in a while. :)
We had a wonderful visit from Grandma Debbie and Great Aunt Susan from Monday-Thursday. They soaked in all the Emma time they could savor, and she paid them back with kisses, giggles, and TONS of raspberries. We enjoyed a traditional trip to Goodwill and came home with new treasures! Plus Auntie Susan re-painted our upstairs bathroom, which is now a fantastic green again.
Emma had a wonderful morning with her second cousins Jenna and Keegan while I went to go get a manicure (for free!) and get tests done. She very much enjoyed time with older kids.
I'm including a new pic of Emma falling asleep sitting up, which is her new querky thing. Oh, and if anyone has an extra gate lying around let us know; we're a little late on childproofing and Emma is too much of a little explorer to ignore!!!
